Check-in: 3pm Check-out: 11am. Not suitable for children under 13. No cigarette or cigar smoking is allowed. No pets.

cancellation policy

Cancellations MUST be made via telephone at least 14 days in advance, prior to arrival. Otherwise, you are responsible for the cost of the stay.  If we are able to rebook the room, you will be refunded less a $30 processing fee.

group cancellation policy

For groups who book the entire Guest House, the cancellation period will be adjusted to 4 weeks prior to arrival. Same restrictions as above.

UVA graduation

Reservations for 2025* reservations can be made directly on our website. The Guest Cottage can be reserved in its entirety or by individual rooms. A 50% deposit is required upon making the reservation. No cancellations. Two night minimum. #GoHoos
