All bedrooms feature a private en-suite bath with: Villa di Lusso linens and towels, PURE by Gloss cruelty-free toiletries, Belle Epoque blankets, down comforters, SFERRA throws, Sapphire Sleep mattresses, Boca Terry bathrobes, spa slippers, luggage racks and wood hangers, Godinger Dublin bedside carafe and cup, English period antiques, Italian cut water glasses, wine glasses and wine key, high speed Wi-Fi, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.

A healthy Continental breakfast is served for our guests in the Garden Room every morning. Each table is individually set and the abundance of plants, flowers and sun streaming through the windows truly gives one the feel of a bright and airy garden oasis.

Our Library has been carefully curated and boasts a variety of historic literature, fiction and non-fiction reading and a darn good selection of cookbooks collected over the decades.  You’ll find current publications for our on-trend guests as well. Not a reader? No problem! Our large comfy couches and chairs are perfect for relaxing. For the truly competitive, we have an antique backgammon/checkers game table and playing cards. Expect a roaring fire on our cooler Virginia days.

The Manor House

The Boxwood Room

The Boxwood room is located on the second floor of the Manor House at the end of a quiet hallway. Complete with an antique four-poster queen bed and private bath (tub and shower), luxurious linens, soft pillows and fluffy towels. A bright room with 3 windows that still manages to feel cozy and calm. Guests have access to the inn’s Library, 1812 Sitting Room, Garden Room and Bar/Lounge. Our friendly cat lives in the Manor House with us (and is restricted from all private spaces).

The Holly Room

Our most spacious guest room includes a working fireplace and coziness galore. The Holly Room is located on the second floor of the Manor House at the end of a quiet hallway. Enjoy an antique four-poster queen bed, large en-suite bath (tub and shower) and closet for hanging personal items. Four windows showcase views of our back and side yards, the trees and walkway, offering a completely private feel. Experience the inn's first floor Library, the 1812 Sitting Room, Garden Room or Bar/Lounge. Our friendly cat lives in the Manor House with us (and is restricted from all private spaces).

The Jefferies Room

Enjoy peaceful nights in the Jefferies Room, a powder pink room that warms the soul. Located on the first floor of the Guesthouse with a queen-size bed and private, en-suite bathroom. European cotton linens, feather duvets, soft pillows and fluffy bath towels make for a luxurious stay. We’ve added Swiss toiletries, proper bathrobes and fresh flowers for extra pampering. The Jefferies room is named after the first owner of Hollymead Farm, John Jefferies.

The McLeod Room

Green tones set the stage for this Jeffersonian style bedroom. Located on the first floor of the Guesthouse, you can relax in one of the comfortable armchairs while sipping on a glass of wine or planning your next vineyard visit. Sleep in a queen-size bedroom with private en-suite bathroom, the freshest of cotton linens, quality feather duvets, soft pillows and fluffy bath towels. We’ve added Swiss toiletries, Boca Terry bathrobes and fragrant flowers for extra pampering during your stay. The McLeod Room is named after the second owner of Hollymead Farm, John W. McLeod.

The Rogers Room

“Carolina Blue” colors accent what has become our most charming and contemporary guesthouse bedroom. Located on the second floor via a very easy set of stairs with a landing midway, the Rogers Room has all the luxuries you’d expect: high-end queen size bedding, private en-suite bathroom, soft linens, feather-filled duvets, soft pillows and fluffy bath towels. Boca Terry bathrobes and Swiss bath products top off this sunny room. The Rogers room is named after the third owner of Hollymead Farm, James Madison Rogers.

The Runk Room

Escape from your daily routine and experience the dream of our luxurious king size bed with private en-suite bathroom. The subtle “yellow hound” color contributes to the soft and welcoming vibe and makes for a truly five star sleep experience! All of the same wonderful linens, duvet, bath towels and bathrobes as offered in our queen size bedrooms. The Runk Room, is located on the second floor of the Guesthouse and is named after the fourth and last owner of Hollymead Farm. “Dee” Runk, who was also the Dean of Men at The University of Virginia.
